Terms of Use

Subscribers receive access to the product features included in their current plan or trial. That includes read-only intelligence, alerts, and review surfaces unless the plan says otherwise.

Admin-only areas such as execution controls, model retraining, sensitive settings, and mutation actions remain restricted.

The platform may offer a free trial period followed by a paid monthly subscription. Trial access and paid access can both be limited, suspended, or changed if required for product security, billing, or policy reasons.

Expired accounts may retain login access for billing or account management while core product access is restricted.

Users must not abuse the service, attempt to bypass access restrictions, scrape protected data, or try to access admin-only controls without authorization.

Trading Analytica may suspend or terminate access where misuse, fraud, or platform abuse is detected.
