We collect the account details needed to run the platform, such as your email address, login credentials, and subscription or trial status. We may also store activity needed to show dashboards, billing state, and account access.
If you use the platform, we may also store product usage, signal history, journal history, and related analytics needed to power the service and its review features.
We use your data to run the service, secure accounts, manage subscriptions or trials, show your dashboard access correctly, and improve product reliability.
We do not say that private user data will be sold. The product is built around subscriber access, system review, and platform improvement.
Admin-only actions such as model retraining, execution controls, and sensitive settings are restricted to authorized admin users. Subscriber access is intentionally more limited.
